We are now seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer & CTO to strengthen our team and drive the next evolution of our educational platforms.

🚀 Your Mission

As a key member and technical leader of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the architecture, development, and evolution of Kaligo and KidoO.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Education teams to deliver impactful and scalable learning experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide hands on leadership converting strategy into execution

• Lead technical design and development of backend services using Java Spring.
• Architect, develop, and optimize front-end applications built with Angular.
• Oversee mobile app development, guiding the team working on cross-platform technologies (e.g. MAUI, Flutter)
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, code reviews, CI/CD processes, and architecture standards.
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary development team composed of:
• 2 Mobile Developers (MAU)I
• 2 Full Stack Developer (back PostgreSQL / Java Spring)
• 1 QA Engineer
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure smooth delivery cycles, feature prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, manage task prioritization, and proactively raise alerts in case of risks or delivery deviations.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for decision-making, architecture validation, and long-term scalability.
• Ensure delivery quality, performance, and maintainability across the full stack.

Additional tasks:

• Provide technical support and documentation.
• Contribute to functional and UX decisions.
• Participate in testing and validation phases when needed.

🧠Profile & Skills

• Proven 5+ years of experience in full stack development using Java Spring and Angular.
• Strong backend architecture and API design skills.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitFlow, pull requests, CI/CD).
• Experience in mobile development (Xamarin, Flutter, or MAUI preferred) or close collaboration with mobile teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical or CTO-like role: managing developers, defining architecture, and guiding strategic technical choices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities within an agile environment.
• Commitment to clean code, scalability, and performance.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) to interact with international teams.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cross-platform mobile frameworks or native mobile development.
• Familiarity with cloud environments
• Genuine interest in education, EdTech, and AI-driven learning tools.
